Articles of Impeachment Introduced Against Biden and Kamala

(VitalNews.org) – Vice President Kamala Harris and President Joe Biden have been accused of making a mess of their leadership roles by Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN) who has introduced articles of impeachment against both of them. Ogles has said that both Harris and Biden have refused to defend and protect the Constitution.

Furthermore, the articles allege that Biden has in effect weaponized the Presidency by using it to shield his family business from public accountability and congressional oversight, and has engaged in criminal activity with schemes designed to peddle influence on the global stage.

The articles also claim that Biden has acted in a manner that undermines public trust and subverts constitutional government to the extent that the proper application of an impartial law and justice system has been rendered impossible, which taken as a whole, does a great disservice to the people of the United States.

Ogles has been a vocal critic of Biden in the past. In February this year, he interrupted the State of the Union address where Biden was talking about deaths from fentanyl in the United States, saying that it was all Biden’s fault for failing to secure the southern border against drug traffickers.

His criticism of Vice-President Harris is primarily focused on her failure to properly secure the southern border between the United States and Mexico since she was appointed as “Border Czar” by Biden, but the impeachment articles mention “extraordinary incompetence” in just about every aspect of her role.

Ogles is also on record as having said that what Biden has done or has failed to do is not just a matter of poor leadership, it represents a violation of his oath to defend, protect and preserve the United States Constitution.

Ogles joins another prominent Republican, Marjorie Taylor Greene, who in May this year filed similar articles of impeachment against Biden. Greene has also filed articles of impeachment against FBI Director Christopher Wray, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, and Attorney General Merrick Garland.
