InfoWars founder Alex Jones has squarely placed blame on Austin’s Democrat leadership for policies that have allowed violence to flourish in the once-safe Texas city.
According to multiple reports, White was discovered in the 2300 block of Douglas Street in South Austin with obvious trauma.
Austin Police Department officers responded to the scene and transported White to a local hospital, where he tragically died of his injuries, marking the city’s eighth homicide of 2025.
Jones announced the devastating news to his audience, describing White’s death as a “brutal murder” that has sent shockwaves through the media organization.
While police have not yet officially confirmed White’s identity as the victim, InfoWars staff were reportedly sent home to grieve the loss of their colleague who had been at work earlier that same day.
In a statement released by InfoWars, the organization directly connected White’s death to the policies of Austin’s leadership.

Austin District Attorney José Garza, who was elected in 2020 with substantial backing from a George Soros-funded Super PAC, has been a frequent target of criticism from conservative media for his soft-on-crime policies.
Jones directly accused Garza and other Democrat officials of “aiding and abetting” criminals by cutting police budgets and failing to keep dangerous criminals off the streets.
The Austin Police Department described finding “an adult male with obvious signs of trauma” at the scene and has launched an active investigation into the homicide.
Despite their quick response, which Jones acknowledged, questions remain about whether progressive policies that prioritize criminal leniency over public safety have hamstrung the city’s law enforcement.
