Killer EXECUTED – On His BIRTHDAY!

Marking the end of a chilling saga and the final execution of this year, Oklahoma delivered swift justice to a monster as it executed Kevin Ray Underwood on his 45th birthday.

Underwood’s heinous crime shocked the nation in 2006 when he lured 10-year-old Jamie Rose Bolin into his apartment, brutally beating and suffocating her before sexually assaulting her corpse.

The convicted killer’s twisted plans included intentions to cannibalize the child’s body, revealing the depths of his depravity.

Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond stood firm in his commitment to justice, stating, “Jamie’s family has waited 18 excruciating years for justice that finally will be carried out when this murderer is executed.”

Despite last-minute attempts by Underwood’s attorneys to secure clemency based on claims of mental health issues and a history of abuse, the Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board unanimously rejected these pleas.

“I am pleased the board voted to deny clemency for this deeply evil monster and ensured that justice will be delivered for Jamie Rose Bolin,” AG Drummond added.

The execution was carried out using Oklahoma’s three-drug lethal injection process, which includes midazolam, a paralytic, and a heart-stopping drug.

While some states have wavered in their commitment to capital punishment, Oklahoma remains resolute.

With 32 men and one woman currently on death row and a total of 209 executions since 1915, the state continues to prioritize justice for victims and their families.

Jamie’s sister, Lori Pate, thanked the prosecutors for their amazing job: “This doesn’t bring our Jamie back but it does allow the space in our hearts to focus on her and allow the healing process to begin.”
