Allies Help Trump and Georgia’s Republican Governor Make Amends

(VitalNews.org) – There was quite the effort put in place for Donald Trump and Georgia’s Republican Governor Brian Kemp to make peace.

Republican Lindsey Graham was trying to ease the major years of tension between Trump and Kemp, which was endangering the GOP’s chances in the battleground state.

Graham and Kemp met privately at Georgia Senator Kelly Loeffler’s home and they, along with other allies of the men, arranged a plan that would help the two men to make amends

Kemp did an interview with Sean Hannity, Fox News Host, saying, “We need to send Donald Trump back to the White House.” Donald Trump went to his social media and thanked Kemp for his “help and support.”

The partnership between them both could lead to a symbiotic relationship. Trump could use Kemp’s help of his renowned political operation to help him win back Georgia. Kemp also wants to be on the same side as the Trump supporters as he builds up support for a shot at the U.S. Senate or the presidency in 2028.

Kemp attended a fundraiser for Trump last week, and he may join in on multiple campaign events before Election Day.

Trump has long argued that he did win Georgia based on unproven and debunked claims of voter fraud. This is something that he’s touched on multiple times especially at his campaign events.

Trump had spoken out against Kemp during an Atlanta campaign, saying “He’s a bad guy. He’s a disloyal guy. And he’s a very average governor. Little Brain. Little Brain Kemp. Bad guy.”

Kemp included a post back that said, “My focus is on winning this November and saving our country from Kamala Harris and the Democrats — not engaging in petty personal insults, attacking fellow Republicans, or dwelling on the past.”

After the help of multiple allies, the men have shaken hands and become civil after deciding to let past tensions go. There is also urgency for them to have a partnership to help win this year’s election.
